Delivery Policy At Taan, we aim to deliver your order safely and within the estimated delivery timeline. Delivery Timeline Inside Dhaka: Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. Outside Dhaka: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days. International Shipping: International orders usually take 14–21 working days, depending on the destination country, courier service, customs clearance, and other external factors. Delivery Charge Delivery charge is applicable and may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, and shipping method. Pre-Order Products For pre-order products, delivery timelines may vary depending on production time and product availability. Please contact us before placing a pre-order to confirm the estimated delivery timeline. Important Note Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unavoidable circumstances. Taan will do its best to keep you informed about any delay.

Return Policy At Taan, we carefully check every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the return process below. Return at the Time of Delivery To return a product, the package must be opened and checked in front of the delivery person. If there is any issue with the product, it must be returned immediately to the delivery person. Damaged Product Return For damaged products, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product. The unboxing video must be sent to Taan Limited within 2 hours of delivery. Return requests made after this time may not be accepted. Delivery Charge for Return In case of returning any product, the customer must pay the applicable delivery charge. Important Note Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Taan Limited reserves the right to review and approve or reject any return request based on the condition of the product and the submitted proof.
