Eligibility Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing items. You must inspect the parcel in the presence of the delivery person. Exchange Process: After delivery, ensure the item is bubble-wrapped in its original packaging. We will arrange a pickup. Once inspected and approved, the new item will be sent. Costs: Customers are responsible for all return and exchange delivery charges. Refunds & Payments: Online Payments: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (minus shipping costs). Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Policy: We follow a "Closed-box Delivery"—payment must be made before opening the parcel, but the courier will wait for your inspection.
