Exchange for Damaged Items Only

We offer an exchange only in the rare case that you receive a damaged product.

To be eligible for an exchange:

* A clear, continuous unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package
* The video must clearly show:
    * The sealed package being opened
    * The product in its original condition inside the packaging

Without an unboxing video, we will unfortunately not be able to process any exchange requests.

* Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
* Requests made after this period will not be accepted

* The damaged item must be returned in its original packaging
* After receiving and verifying the product, we will dispatch a replacement of the same item upon availability and if the same item is not available we are happy to provide you store credits or another product of the same range.
