For online purchase, our Inside Dhaka Delivery time is (3-5) working days and outside Dhaka (3-7) working days.

Exchanges (Shoe Size Only) La Mode BD primarily operates on an exchange basis rather than direct returns. Timeframe: You must claim an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Eligibility: Exchanges are only allowed for shoe size issues. Items must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging. Non-Exchangeable Items: Bags, sale items, custom-made products, and used goods cannot be exchanged. They do not allow color or design exchanges. Process: Receive the initial delivery and pay the delivery person. Immediately contact them via their Facebook page or call 01611034390 with your name, product details, and required size. The delivery agent will bring the correct size and take back the original intact package.Exchange Fees: BDT 70 in Dhaka and BDT 130–140 in Chittagong. For other cities, you must courier the item back at your own expense, and La Mode covers the shipping for the new pair. Returns & RefundsDirect refunds are only entertained under specific circumstances (such as receiving a flawed/wrong product or a canceled order). Quality Control: All returned items must pass a quality check (QC) at their warehouse before a refund is initiated. Custom Orders: Once confirmed, custom-made items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. Refund Timelines (after approval): Mobile Financial Services (MFS / bKash): 5 working days Debit/Credit Cards & Bank Deposits: 10 working daysRepairsIf your product develops a flaw, La Mode offers free repairs within 90 days of purchase. Repairs between 3 to 6 months are available but will incur a fee. No claims are accepted after 6 months.
