Delivery Policy
Every pen sold by us is completely brand new and original. After placing an order, the product will be delivered within 2–4 business days inside Dhaka and within 2–7 business days outside Dhaka. If you do not receive the product within the specified time after making an advance payment, a refund will be provided within 10–15 business days. For orders above BDT 5,000, a minimum 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order. Such orders are not accepted on cash on delivery or without advance payment. This condition applies only to new customers.
Return Policy
Return Policy at the Time of Delivery: The product must be checked in the presence of the delivery person at the time of receiving it. If there is any issue, the product must be returned immediately to the delivery person. No complaints regarding the product will be accepted after the delivery person has left. Return Policy for Gift or Special Packages: If the product is a gift box or a specially wrapped pen, the entire process, from unboxing to filling the ink, must be recorded on video. The video must be complete and uninterrupted, with no cuts. If the video shows a genuine issue, it must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the product via email or to our official Facebook page. Unboxing and Pre-Checking Service: Usually, our fountain pens are sent without ink and with some packaging wrap. If requested at the time of ordering, we can open the pen, fill it with ink, and check it before sending. In that case, you must pay the full bill in advance. Order Processing and Cancellation Policy: Our customer care representatives reserve the full right to process or cancel any order when necessary. If an order cannot be processed for any reason, it will be canceled. If advance payment has been made, a refund will be issued through the same payment method within 2–4 working days. Customer Care Code of Conduct: Any kind of rude or inappropriate behavior toward customer care representatives will not be accepted. Similarly, if any customer care representative behaves improperly, please report the matter to our official email at tsamsabd@gmail.com. We will review the matter seriously and take appropriate action. If evidence is found of rude behavior, threats, insulting language, or inappropriate conduct toward customer care representatives, the concerned user’s account may be temporarily or permanently suspended from our website. Other Terms: Please place an order only after reading, understanding, and accepting all the above rules and regulations. No complaints will be accepted later.
