Return Policy
At the Time of Delivery Please check your product in front of the delivery personnel. You may return the product immediately if unsatisfied, but the delivery charge will still apply. No returns or refunds are accepted once the delivery person leaves. Exchanges (Within 7 Days) Eligible for standard items and size exchanges within 7 days of the order date. Items must be unused with all original tags intact and include a valid receipt. Replacement items must be of equal or higher value (the customer pays any price difference). Exchange Delivery Fees: Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT | Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT. Online Exchanges: Mail items to Orcasta Flagship Store, House 11, Road 17A Block: E, Banani, Dhaka 1213, Bangladesh. Returns & Refunds Returns are only accepted for major manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or wrong/lost items. You must notify Customer Service within 7–10 working days of receiving the order. Approved returns will be resolved via product replacement, store credit, or a refund (processed within 7–10 working days). Exceptions & Special Cases Discounted & Campaign Products: Final sale. No exchanges or returns unless defective or incorrect. International Orders: Exchanges are valid within 3 months of purchase but must be hand-carried to an Orcasta outlet in Bangladesh.
