Delivery Policy
Customers inside Dhaka can pay cash on delivery or bkash in advance. Delivery charge is BDT 70. Home delivery outside Dhaka requires a charge of BDT 130. Delivery can also be made via Sundarban or SA Paribahan. Customers outside Dhaka must pay the full amount in bkash before we dispatch the order. Delivery charge is varies upon location.
Return Policy
Replacement or Refund If the product is found to be faulty, we shall arrange for an exchange, free of delivery charge. However, the product must be unused and be inside its intact packaging. Alternatively, the customer can choose to receive a refund if they do not wish to exchange the faulty product. If the reason for exchange is non-defective, the customer must inform us through Facebook or Instagram the day they receive the parcel. They can take another product in exchange along with paying the delivery charge. Cancellation Policy Your order can be canceled within 18 hours after confirmation. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of BDT 75 will be charged.
