Delivery Policy
LAVISHTA provides delivery services across Bangladesh through its preferred delivery partner, currently RedX. Policies: Customers are expected to comply with both LAVISHTA’s and the Delivery Partner’s policies regarding delivery and cancellation. Charges: Delivery charges, as determined by LAVISHTA, may change without prior announcement. – Inside Dhaka: BDT 70 – Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 – Same Day Delivery (Select Areas inside Dhaka): BDT 120-170 Free Delivery: – Customers are eligible for free regular delivery on purchases over BDT 10000 (not applicable for same-day delivery). Time: The delivery time for an order will be decided by LAVISHTA and its delivery partner, subject to change based on internal and external factors such as force majeure, government holidays, transportation, and more. – Inside Dhaka: 5 days – Outside Dhaka: 10 days
Return Policy
General Guidelines – Inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person to ensure it is not damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery. – Any issues related to damaged or defective products must be reported immediately upon delivery. Claims submitted after successful delivery will not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange. – Concerns about expired or incorrect products must be reported within 1 day of successful delivery to be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange. – Products must be in an unused and intact condition to qualify for any refund, return, or exchange. – Price tags, brand tags, or any other tags, along with the external packaging of the product, must remain intact and undamaged for any refund, return, or exchange. Claim Process To initiate a refund, return, or exchange, customers must provide the following information to our Customer Service Department within 1 day of successful delivery: – Order Number – Product Name – Picture/Video Proof – Reason for refund, return, or exchange Returning Process Our courier partner will pick up the product from the customer’s address at Lavishta’s expense in case of a valid claim otherwise the customer needs to pay the two-way delivery charges. Verification Process Upon receiving the returned product, it will be forwarded to the Operations and Inspection Department. The verification process may take 2-3 working days. After verification, if the claim is deemed valid, the product will be exchanged, or a refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 Days. If the claim is found to be invalid after verification, Lavishta will not be liable for an exchange or refund and product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
