Return Policy
Return & Parcel Receiving Policy At CanCake, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We kindly request all customers to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery personnel. Please note that any issues related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported immediately upon delivery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept complaints, returns, or replacement requests once the delivery personnel has left the location. As our products are freshly prepared food items, returns and exchanges are not applicable after successful delivery unless the issue is verified at the time of receipt.
