At Radian, we are committed to delivering your gifts with love, care, and on-time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered across Bangladesh. 1. Delivery Coverage - We deliver across all of Bangladesh. - However, fragile items like fresh flowers and perishable products are only delivered within Dhaka City. - For remote areas, availability will be confirmed before order acceptance. 2. Delivery Time Slots - Same-Day Delivery (Dhaka only): Available for orders confirmed **before 12:00 PM** on the same day. - Next-Day Delivery (Dhaka only): Orders must be confirmed by **8:00 PM** the day before. - Outside Dhaka: Delivery may take **3-4 working days** depending on the location. - Regular Delivery in Dhaka: Usually delivered within **1-2 working days**. - Emergency/Urgent Delivery: Available in Dhaka only with **additional charges** and based on delivery team availability. 3. Delivery Charges - Dhaka City: Free or minimal charges based on location and product. - Outside Dhaka: Charges vary by district, weight, and shipping method. - Urgent or Midnight Delivery: Extra fees apply as per service type. 4. Delivery Conditions - Please provide accurate delivery information (name, phone number, full address). - If the recipient is unavailable, we may: - Call the sender/recipient - Leave it with a trusted person or security (if applicable) - Reschedule delivery (additional charges may apply) - Once delivered successfully, Radian is not responsible for any item loss or damage. 5. Delays & Exceptions We aim to deliver on time but delays may occur due to: - Weather conditions, traffic, national events, political unrest - Delivery to remote areas - High-traffic occasions (Valentine’s Day, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, etc.) In such cases, we will contact you to update the revised delivery time. 6. Customized Orders Customized or made-to-order items (such as name bouquets or combo gifts) may require additional preparation time. Delivery timeline will be confirmed after design approval. 7. Packaging & Handling All items are carefully packed to preserve quality, freshness, and presentation. Fragile items are handled with extra care during transport. 8. Delivery Partners We use our in-house delivery team for Dhaka City. For outside Dhaka, we use trusted courier partners like Pathao, RedX, Sundarban, etc.
Return Policy
At Radian, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work with love and care to ensure every gift is delivered perfectly. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below. 1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds - We accept returns or offer refunds ONLY under the following conditions: - The product was damaged upon arrival - The wrong product was delivered - The item did not match the description or customization Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof. 2. Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for: - Fresh flowers - Personalized/customized items - Perishable products (e.g., chocolates, cakes) These items are prepared specially for each order and cannot be resold. 3. Refund Process - If eligible, refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days. - Refunds may be issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. - We may offer a replacement or store credit instead of refund, based on the situation. 4. Order Cancellation - Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made BEFORE the item has been prepared or dispatched. - For same-day orders, cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. - Once production or dispatch has started, cancellations are not allowed.
