Return Policy
Return & Refund Policy At the Time of Delivery: Returns and refunds are primarily applicable in front of the delivery person. If you change your mind or do not like the product, you can return it immediately but will need to pay the delivery charge. If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can return it directly with no charges. Refund Processing: Once a return is accepted, refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method. Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 🔁 Exchange Policy Eligibility: You can request an exchange within 3 days (noted as up to 7 days in general FAQs) of receiving your order. Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Damaged/Incorrect Items: If an item arrives defective or broken, you must provide clear photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery. How to Request: DM the brand on social media with your order number and reason for exchange.
