The order will be delivered within 1-2 working days inside Dhaka and within 3-5 working days outside Dhaka through Pathao courier. No partial delivery is available, ordering two or more caps means you cannot keep just one cap. You would need to keep all caps ordered. You might receive a call or message to verify your order by checking your order history with your number. Advance payment may be required for certain reasons. Make sure to check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting your cap. Customers with low ratings may be subject to pre-delivery charges. After Delivery For any product issues or exchange/return requests, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the delivery via message in Facebook page or by calling +8809613825800. Pre-delivery charge and delivery charge nonrefundable. Refunds of any order will be processed within 7-15 working days after the refund request is issued. Box Policy: For every 3 caps ordered, you will receive 1 box. Example: If you order 3 caps, they will be packed in 1 box. For orders of 1 or 2 caps, you will receive 1 box. Example: If you order 1 cap, it will be packed in 1 box. Similarly, if you order 2 caps, they will also be packed in 1 box. For 4 caps, you will receive 2 boxes. Example: If you order 4 caps, they will be packed into 2 boxes to ensure proper packaging and avoid overcrowding. If you require additional boxes beyond the standard allocation (e.g., for special packaging needs or gifts), an extra charge will apply. Example: If you need an extra box for 4 caps (total of 3 boxes), you will be charged for the additional box. Return Policy
We allow our customers to exchange or return a product abiding by conditions set for the purpose. Now, we accept exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. Conditions for Exchange & Return: Purchased Products exchanged only once. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. The product must be intact with tags. An exchange or return request must be made within 7 days of the purchase for items bought prior to the policy update. All items must be returned in their original condition (including all receipts/invoices and packaging) with barcode tags attached. The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. If you choose a product with a lower price, no refund will be issued for the difference. What if I lose the money receipt/tags/barcode? We will consider it if you lose the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. In that case, you will need to provide the purchase contact number so we can verify your purchase history. The exchange offer will no longer be valid for any irreparable damage or bending of the tags or barcode. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchange and refunds are not applicable for items offered at 50% or higher discount and products on flash sales. If your return is accepted, we’ll send our delivery partner to collect your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Verification for Damages or Missing Items: To report a damage or missing product, please share an unboxing video for verification. Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product; however, you will be responsible for the shipping charges as per our delivery partner's shipping policy. Please return the product after consulting with Customer Support, and we will arrange a full refund within 15 days after receiving the returned product(s), fulfilling our Return and Refund Policy. If there is any problem from our side, we will offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds; otherwise, the customer has to bear the expense of the return shipping. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selection, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with the reference number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
