Eligibility Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing items. You must inspect the parcel in the presence of the delivery person. How to Return/Exchange Immediate Action: Check the item upon delivery. Exchange Process: After delivery, ensure the item is bubble-wrapped in its original packaging. We will arrange a pickup. Once inspected and approved, the new item will be sent. Costs: Customers are responsible for all return and exchange delivery charges. Refunds & Payments: Online Payments: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (minus shipping costs). Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Policy: We follow a "Closed-box Delivery"—payment must be made before opening the parcel, but the courier will wait for your inspection.
